Tubular UHT sterilizers are widely used in fully automated systems for "sterile" and "non sterile" heat treatment of liquid food. The product has a wide viscosity range and can adapt to fibers and particles. Our company's UHT sterilization machine series has a production capacity of 1-30t/h, with a typical sterilization temperature of 90-140 ℃. It can be connected to any filling machine (sterile or other types), and the sterilization machine and control system are installed on the chassis. The control components are all international brand products, including PLC programmable controllers and industrial control screens, steam pressure reducing and regulating valves, diversion valves, pressure stabilizing valves, material pumps, and hot water pumps. All liquid accessories such as other valves and pipe fittings are of high quality and reliability.
This sterilization machine is designed for high-precision temperature difference control of products/water. The product is pumped from the balance tank, preheated to the homogenization temperature, then preheated to 90-95 ℃ for milk protein stabilization, followed by ultra-high temperature sterilization, and finally cooled to the filling temperature. The system uses hot water for pre sterilization in the circulating circuit, saving energy. The diameter, shape (flat or corrugated), and selection of tube bundles are determined by the needs of the product. Each heat exchanger only requires 4 O-rings (only on the medium end) and only needs to be inspected once a year. You can choose hot filling, such as 90 ℃.
Economical processing means, semi-automatic units can be used, and the same effect can also be achieved.
