Plate type pasteurization equipment is designed for continuous sterilization of fresh milk, fruit juice, beer, beverages, or similar products. It can be connected to equipment such as centrifuges, degassers, flash evaporation, etc. The output of this equipment is mainly regulated by the flow controller in the feeding system. When using full flow homogenization method, the homogenizer is used to control the flow. Due to the fact that both heating and cooling of the product are carried out in the heat recovery section of the plate heat exchanger, the heat recovery rate can reach over 94%.
Fully automatic configuration: Adopting advanced computer program control PLC technology, controlling the entire production process according to the set process requirements, with built-in CIP cleaning program for automatic cleaning.
Semi automatic configuration: The entire process of operation is semi-automatically controlled. Operators can control each pump, valve, and return flow function from the control panel. The sterilization temperature is maintained by temperature control PID. The sterilization temperature is continuously recorded on the recorder.
Suitable for: Pasteur milk, yogurt, fancy milk, juice, tea drinks, beer, ice cream, milk drinks, concentrated juice, wine, etc.
Small flow production is equipped with electric heating units to meet the production needs of high heat recovery products.
