Vacuum degasser is the latest degassing product internationally, suitable for any water circulation system. This product adopts vacuum degassing method, which can quickly and thoroughly remove free gases, micro bubbles, and dissolved gases in the water circulation system, with a removal rate of up to 99.9%.
The working principle of a vacuum degasser is to pump a portion of water from the circulation system into a tank for vacuum degassing. According to Henry's law, this part of gas will be completely separated from water under vacuum, and the separated gas will be discharged through the anti gas port of the degasser. The absorbent water, which has been removed from the gas, is injected back into the system. This highly absorbent unsaturated water will absorb the gas in the system again to achieve gas water solubility equilibrium. The vacuum degasser repeats a cycle every 30 seconds, during which free and dissolved gases in the water are eliminated.
