Technical description:
The flash evaporation degassing system adopts manual control or PLC control, and is used in conjunction with the sterilization machine. By degassing the material, some moisture and odors in the material are removed, thereby improving the quality of the product. The system mainly consists of a flash heat exchanger, condenser, balance bucket, plate heat exchanger, water ring vacuum pump, material pump, electric control box, etc. The equipment and pipelines in contact with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304 material. The material that has been heated to 90-95 ℃ is pumped into the flash evaporator in a negative pressure (-0.078-0.087Mpa) state. The temperature of the material drops instantly, causing some 1% -10% of the water and most of the gas to evaporate and enter the condenser for cooling. The evaporated 55-65 ℃ material is pumped into the next process through a suction pump for treatment; The liquid level of the flash evaporator is manually controlled or automatically controlled by the imported differential pressure Level sensor, so that the system can reach a balanced state; The liquid level of the condenser is automatically controlled by the Coke Level sensor, the non condensable gas is pumped out by the vacuum pump, and the condensed water is further cooled to low temperature through the plate cooler so as to recycle the steam liquid for treatment. The valves of the system are manually controlled or PLC controlled to complete the automatic switching of the flash degassing, CIP cleaning and other sections.
