The JW-700 roof shaped cardboard box packaging machine is a small equipment with low automation and low production capacity developed by our company based on the characteristics of Chinese enterprises and the specific market situation. The equipment has a small footprint, low energy consumption, simple operation, easy maintenance, and low price. It is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises or enterprises with low production capacity to produce high-end roof packaging products. The JW-700 machine is composed of three machines: a box making machine, a capping machine, and a filling machine.
1、 Equipment process flow:
1. Box making machine: purchased paper box pieces → (manual loading) → Ultrasonic welding → press sealing molding → open paper box
2. Capping machine: opening carton → (manual cover) → Ultrasonic welding → opening capping carton
3. Filling machine: opening capping carton → (manual loading) → filling → Ultrasonic welding → sealing → roof packaging products
The entire operation process of the filling machine is automatically completed by computer program control, while the rest is automatically controlled by electrical appliances. The entire process is controlled by PLC program and completed by 4 people
2、 Production variety:
Filling of fruit juice drinks, rice milk drinks, yogurt drinks, grain drinks, tea drinks, fruit vinegar drinks, fresh milk, yogurt and other products.
