Colloidal mill is the second generation of new equipment for wet ultrafine particle processing, suitable for homogenization, floatation, dispersion, mixing, crushing, and grinding of various emulsions. It is widely used in food (fruit pulp, fruit juice, protein milk, soybean milk, milk tea, dairy products, beverages, etc.), pharmacy (various syrups, nutrient solutions, traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, paste agents, etc.), daily chemical industry (toothpaste, cosmetics, detergents, etc.), chemical industry (pigments, dyes, coatings, lubricants, petroleum catalysts, etc.), emulsified asphalt, coal flotation agent, ceramic glaze, emulsion explosives, nanomaterials and other industries.
Technical features:
·Possessing multiple patents for utility models, exterior design, etc., with novel exterior design, overall hygiene, environmental protection and energy conservation. The product complies with the national standard GB/T 14466 and the enterprise standard Q/WHX02-2010.
·Hygienic grade colloid mill, with an overall stainless steel appearance, and all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel material.
·Equipped with a vertical motor and installed in parallel with the body, driven by a belt bundle. Therefore, it is called a split type colloid mill.
·New design, simple operation and use, convenient installation and maintenance, small size, and high efficiency.
·It has efficient functions such as wet ultrafine particle grinding, crushing, emulsification, mixing, dispersion, homogenization, and stirring. Each model is suitable for various types of emulsion or paste media materials, handling media with a viscosity density of 5000 to 20000 cps.
·It can replace and be superior to stone mill, Sander, ball mill, milking machine, emulsifying machine, three roll machine, and crusher.
We can customize production according to customers' special requirements for the acidity, alkalinity, consistency, and other properties of the processed materials.
