This device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical industry. This device can distill 30-50% diluted alcohol to 90-95. The precision of the finished alcohol is required to be high, and the reflux ratio can be increased. However, the corresponding output of the finished product is reduced, and the alcohol content in the residual discharge is ≤ 2O. It is a good equipment for specifically recovering alcohol.
This device adopts high-efficiency stainless steel corrugated packing, and all parts that come into contact with alcohol, such as the tower body, condenser, stabilizer tank, cooling coil, etc., are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The tower kettle adopts detachable U-shaped pipes, which facilitates cleaning of the heating outer wall and the distillation kettle inner wall.
